Who is it For?

The Demo is suitable for all levels of swimmer. We have helped a wide range of swimmers from beginners through to multi-day endurance swimmers.

What are the Timings for the Demo?

Your coach will begin with a 30 minute presentation on the Total Immersion approach and how it can help you to become a better swimmer. Core to this is our 5-level 'Skill Pyramid' which provides a framework for understanding and learning.

You will spend approx 60 minutes in the pool where your coach will teach you four simple drills to help you to become more aware in the water. The coach will demonstrate TI swimming and spend a short amount of time with each person and give you a single key area for improvement.

The final 30 minutes will be your opportunity to find out more about our full program, the Fishlike Freestyle Package. Your coach will give you an overview and answer any questions you may have.

What Happens After the Demo?

We recommend that you integrate what you have learnt into your weekly swimming practise. We get emails from swimmers who report back with remarkable transformations and we look forward to hearing about the changes in your stroke!

If you are interested in the Fishlike Freestyle Package your coach will issue you with a $25 discount code which can be used to offset the cost.

Will I be pressured into buying something that doesn't work for me?

Absolutely not! We really don't like yukky sales pitches where people are forced to make impulsive decisions and might end up with something they don't want or need. That would be a bad outcome all round.

The Demo Course is our way of sharing what we love doing and giving you the chance to 'try us out'. By the end of the course you will be a lot clearer on what we offer and be in a better position to make a decision that feels right to you.

Disclaimer: Once you start to understand just how amazing your stroke could feel it may be difficult for you to go back to your 'old way' of swimming... Don't say we didn't warn you!!
